Ms. Upasana Saraf is a trained clinical psychologist and is the head of the Dept. of HRD for the Bombay Cambridge Gurukul. She is a professional trainer for educators, parents and students. She has conducted more than 200 workshops for training for several schools across India, and is an active member of Counsellors Association of India as well as a trained Lead Auditor for ISO 9001-2000. She has received awards from NITIE (National Institute of Industrial Engineering), Maharashtra State Education Department, Ramkrishna Bajaj National Quality Award and Bharat Vikas Parishad.
